OFFICIAL REGISTRATION PERIOD & DEADLINES

Final Closure of Registrations: 1^st October 2022
The registrations system will close on 1st October the latest, unless the participation limit for each race is met sooner.

Nominal Closure of Registrations: 15^th September 2022

Runners who submit and complete their registration before 15th September will receive a personalized bib number, with their name printed on the given bib number. This is NOT available for those to register afterwards.

PARTICIPATION LIMITS OF EACH RACE

REGISTRATION LEVELS

Τhe Advnaced Registration Level includes:

• Bib Number with incorporated timing chip
• Technical Race T-shirt by Adidas
• Βag for clothing management
• Transportation of the runner to the Marathon Start Area (Marathonas) from the city centre of Athens (refers only to the Marathon Race)
• Services during the race (feed zones and medical assistance) and after the race (feed zone and medical services)
• Clothing management during the race
• Accident Insurance during the race by ERGO
• Finisher's Medal (received exclusively by finishers)
• Participation Certificate with finish time through the website of marathonphotos.live (available after the announcement of the Official Race Results and only if the runner is included in them)
• Live tracking via our Official "Athens Marathon & Half" App
• Free entrance at the Athens Olympic Museum
• 50% discount on "Hellenic Train" tickets

Τhe Full Registration Level includes all of the above plus:

• Βackpack
• Public Transportation Card
• Free entrance at the Acropolis Museum
• Face towel
• 15% discount at the Athens Marathon e-shop

!! It is noted that, runners who are not European Union Residents can only register in the Full Registration Level (refers to current residency and not nationality).

REGISTRATION FEE

SETTLEMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES

After you submit your registration form you can settle your registration fees with one of the following methods:

1) By debit/credit card (in this case the fees can be settled only right after you submit your entry)

2) By bank wire:

ATTENTION: In case of a bank wire, you need to make sure that your name and registration code are both mentioned on the transaction receipt. It is mandatory to sent a copy of the transaction receipt shortly afterwards to the Athens Marathon Office via email (Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). You need to proceed with its settlement of your registration fees within two (2) business days after submission, otherwise your entry will be cancelled with prior notice.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

After you have settled your registration fee as above, a registration confirmation email will be sent to your email address within seven (7) business days. Please make sure to always check your Spam folder as well.
